Application:

Corrosion-resistant precision tool holder with DFC® Turbine to increase chip collection especially on nesting machines. For shank diameters up to dmax = 25.4 mm (1“).


Technical information:

The DFC® Turbine delivers reliable extraction performance thanks to its large outer diameter and improved turbine blades. With two adjustment positions, the distance between the DFC® Turbine and the workpiece can be optimally adjusted to the tool and the application. 



Long tool life of the NiRo Collet chuck thanks to the use of corrosion-resistant steel. Ball bearing collet nut for increased clamping forces and improved concentricity compared to monobloc design. Easy and safe clamping and releasing by clamping key with optimised spanner flats. 



The combination of superior clamping quality and efficient chip and dust removal ensures precise machining results, a clean machine environment and longer tool life by preventing double machining.
